• To calculate your capability profile and progress over time
• To improve the platform and understand aggregate usage
• To send transactional emails (e.g. account, password reset)

Legal basis

We rely on the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in improving the Service, and your consent for optional analytics and non-essential cookies.

Sharing

We use trusted sub-processors (hosting, database, email, analytics, AI model providers) who process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep your account and assessment history for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and operational needs.
